These Terms & Conditions govern the text messaging program operated by Circle City Surveying LLC ("Circle City Surveying," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages from us, you agree to these terms.
Program name: Circle City Surveying Client Alerts
This program sends transactional text messages related to survey quote requests and active jobs, including request confirmations, quote tool links, and job status updates. Messages are sent to individuals who verbally request a text message during a phone call with our office or our AI receptionist, or who provide their number and request a text through our website.
Message frequency varies based on your requests and active jobs with us. Most contacts will receive one message per request (for example, one confirmation text or one quote-link text).

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services from Circle City Surveying LLC. Consent is collected separately from any other agreement (including these Terms and our Privacy Policy) and applies only to this messaging program.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is not guaranteed and depends on factors outside our control, including your carrier and device. This messaging program is supported by major US wireless carriers.
Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in information and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
