3. Text Messaging & Mobile Information

If you provide your mobile number and request text messages from us (for example, by asking our AI receptionist Dana to text you a quote link or confirmation), we will use that number solely to send you the messages you requested. Message frequency varies — most contacts receive one message per request. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to provide the messaging service itself (for example, our telecommunications and platform providers who transmit the message on our behalf).

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate our business (for example, our phone/AI receptionist provider, texting/telecom provider, scheduling and billing tools) — solely to help us provide our services to you

We retain client and project information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, satisfy professional recordkeeping obligations for licensed land surveying work, and comply with applicable law.

  • You may request help at any time by replying HELP to any message, or by contacting us directly (see below).
  • You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
